Following your assessment and consultation, I will prepare your personalized exercise program—complete with demonstration videos and detailed instructions—which you will access through the
One Island Strength App.
Don´t have access to a gym? No problem.
All of your workouts will be designed around whatever equipment (or lack there of) you have at your disposal.
Most programs are updated every 4-6 weeks*
in order to keep your training fun and effective .

Whether you are hoping to lose weight, pack on some muscle mass, or simply to maintain your size and become a bit more lean, your personalized nutrition plan will provide a road map to get you to your destination.
