Consultation includes a through assessment to identify your goals and opportunities for improvement, a 1-to-1 sample workout, and a detailed plan of action.
You may take this advice and run with it or stick with me. If we decide to move forward, I will build out your physical program, provide nutrition coaching, and keep you on a path to success.
